Creative and Marketing Director

April 2018 - present, Liquor Barn and Party Mart

Direct and initiate marketing and creative objectives for a statewide retail chain. Develop quarterly, monthly, and weekly marketing strategies to drive sales, increase customer engagement and develop brand loyalty. Plan and run social media strategy, creative, content and advertising to meet goals of increasing engagement and followers. Manage and develop email communications, strategy, creative and copy. Create advertising creative and copy for print and digital mediums. Manage and update website. Direct marketing initiatives for the buyers and stores. Lead, develop, manage and promote events to increase customer interaction with the brand. Liaise between corporate and store levels to reach marketing goals. 

Art Director

Establish client relationships, budget and pitch projects from start to finish. Advertising, branding, web-design, and print design. Photography and photo-editing. Clients range from corporate to non-profit.

Creative Lead

April 2011 – March 2018, The Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts

Developed and maintained all aspects of design from concept to deliverables for the institution and its programs, departments, services, and events. Collaborated with internal departments to communicate strategic goals into actionable design solutions. Led promotion of brand equity and ensured premium design in the marketplace externally and internally. Managed projects, calendar and tasks while supervising the in-house creative services department and projects to ensuring a cohesive institutional-wide visual brand by communicating and collaborating with The Kentucky Center’s internal departments, any external designers or firms, and resident companies. Collaborated with internal departments, web developers, video/photographers and content managers to insure cohesive visuals throughout the organization. Developed and managed relationships with printers and vendors. Created and implemented new logo and branding campaign in 2013/14.
Promoted from graphic designer to Creative Lead in 2013.

Designed and managed all in-house graphics. Developed and oversaw advertisements, menus and other materials from concept to the production. Developed and designed research materials for employees.
